Terms & conditions
- Membership is open to all indian nationals/ non- resident indian only.
- The application form must be completed in english (block letters). Applications which are Incomplete in all respects are liable to be rejected.
- An application should be in respect of one member and for one individual only.
- 4. Members should pay the subscription fee as amended from time to time before july 7th of every Year.
- Application should be sent with crossed cheque/dd/po/credit card in favour of la wonderz trip Payable at chennai.
- The amount payable along with the application form should be remitted by a crossed Cheque/dd/po/credit card cash remittance if any is to be made at personal administration Department only and spot cash receipt should be obtained.
- After enrollment as a member all benefits of la wonderz holidays membership would be provide. He/ she would not be entitled to any benefits till full amount is remitted.
- In case of the amount is remitted in part, along with the application, the balance amount should be Remitted within 30 days of the initial payment.
- The one time entrance membership fee paid by members will be towards the corpus funds of the Organization and will be utilized for the development of the organization.
- The one time entrance fee ( corpus fund)is non refundable.
- The board of directors reserve the rights to accept or reject any application for membership Without assigning any reasons.
- This is a limited and exclusive offer for membership .in case the application is not accepted by the Board of directors, the application money shall be refunded within 90 days from the date of payment. In case the full amount of membership fee is not remitted within 30 days of the initial payment ,the Amount remitted till then would be forfeited by the organization and the membership if allotted would Also be cancelled.
- Member are abide by the rules and regulations of the organization in force and duly amended from Time to time.
- Members should intimate the change of communication address immediately to the admin Department to update their records.

- Only spouse and children (age below 18 years)of the member are entitled for the utilization of the Membership.
- Members can accompany with guests by paying entry charges as applicable.
- Prior permission to be obtained from the admin department for more than five guests entry at the Time.
- Only courts in chennai will have jurisdiction in case of disputes arising in any,
- Membership fund is non refundable & cancellable.

Important Information & Disclaimer
Stay-Only Offer: Our travel card provides exclusive hotel/resort stays. Meals breakfast (lunch, or dinner) are not included.
Advance Booking Required: To ensure availability, all booking requests must be made at least 10 days before your check-in date.
Blackout Period: Bookings are not available from 21st December to 10th January each year due to peak season demand.
Hotel Selection: You can choose from a curated list of 500+ luxury hotels and resorts across 120+ destinations in India. Room selection is subject to availability.
No Hidden Charges: Your travel card covers hotel stays only. Any additional services (food, extra beds, transportation, or amenities) must be paid extra either to us or to hotel/resort directly.
Holidays booking policy.
- Once you login to this membership with full payment your membership card will be dispatched after 21 working days.
- Kindly intimate us before 21 working days for your holiday plan.(maximum)
- Minimum 8 days before is manditiory .
- While using your free stay utility charges (gst ,laundry ,etc.) Will be collected
- These utilize charges have to be paid 24 hours before you check in .
Holiday cancellation policy
- If you cancel your trip after your check in to the resort/hotels utility charge will be non refundable.
- 24 hours before cancellation your utility charges will refund 100% in (2- 3 working days)
- 12 hours before cancellation your utility charges will refund 50% in (2 – 3 working days).
